Following current government advice and guidance Phoenix detached youth project has reached the decision that we will be stopping group work, activities and face to face one to one support until further notice.

One of the Helping Hands groups was keen to do a creative arts project and we were fortunate enough to work with Gail from Happy Planet Creative Arts CIC, Whitley Bay.
The PDYP had a successful night at the NEYouth Projects with pride awards. We came away with two awards for the two entries we made. It saw luke win the youth worker of the year award.
So here we go. I'm about to attempt to cram 4 days worth of events into one small blog. so lets start with the basics:
Well its here, Easter and the start of the new year for the PDYP. We had a busy and fun 2016 and 2017 is looking like its going to be another good one for us.

The first year of the Phoenix Construction Scheme is currently coming to an end. The young people involved are currently on placement and it is going extremely well
Mike, Steve and the organ group went on a went on a residential on the weekend of February the 24th.
